We try to get your records out as fast as we can, so if you do make a mistake or change your mind email us as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll try and sort it before its dispatched. But, if it’s too late and already in the post, don’t panic! You do have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See below.
We’re only human! If you receive the wrong item, or we forget to put something in, please get in touch to let us know and we’ll rectify the situation as quickly as possible!
Please email us before returning an item! You must contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase!
You have the right to change your mind and return the item within 14 Calendar days of receiving the item, however this can only be done if the record remains unopened and sealed. You are responsible for the packaging and the cost of returning the item. If the record returns to us damaged you may not be entitled to a refund, so please make sure it is packaged well!
Although we only stock new vinyl sometimes records can become damaged in the factory and as a result you get a damaged record. If this is the case please email us as soon as you can.
If your record hasn’t arrived within 14 working days of your order please get in touch! If you have a received a dispatch notification it could be worth getting in touch your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, just incase the postman forgot to leave you the little red slip (It happens!) If an item is returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the Delivery Office, you will be liable for the postage to get it redelivered.
International Shipping times may differ, if you haven’t received your parcel after 20 days and have checked your local delivery office then please get in touch within 3 months of your dispatch note.
